My favorite thing about Arda is its wildness. In Aman, everything is fairly predictable, what with the closeness of the Vala and the various clans having settled themselves over Ages. Arda is decidedly more unpredictable.

As for what I miss... My family, for one. Explaining to them why I had to leave them twice was not a joyful experience. I also miss the Two Trees, but so does any elf of Valinor, and we shan't have those until the second verse.

Can't say there's a time I didn't know - my daddy was a doctor, as was his daddy - doctorin's in the blood, you see. I used to go on housecalls with them, and thought that had to be the best job in the galaxy.
